In her previous roles, she worked directly with process improvement initiatives, client education efforts, and collaborated with various industry areas to implement user-friendly solutions. Her proactive nature and ability to identify and improve system-level issues with leaders brings a valuable skillset to our team and enhances the support we provide to our team. She graduated from University of Phoenix with a bachelor’s degree in business management and is presently working towards her master’s in adult education and training.

She currently resides in Bethlehem, PA with her son and their French Bulldog. Outside of work, she enjoys attending local ongoings, reading a good book, or going to see an entertaining sporting event. When she is not running around or at work, she thoroughly enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
