Our Story

Strength in Partnership

Keystone Financial Management has been supporting advisors for more than 20 years. We started in Allentown, Pennsylvania, with a straightforward goal: give advisors the independence to build their own business—with the backing of a team they can count on. Today, that same balance of freedom and support defines who we are. Advisors join us at every stage of their career, from launching their practice to planning succession, and find a partner who stays with them through each step.

What Sets Us Apart

At Keystone Financial Management, you’ll find the best of both worlds: the freedom to run your business your way, and the structure, expertise, and community to help you thrive. We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all. We listen first, then provide the resources and guidance that fit your goals. You’ll also feel the difference in our culture—collaborative, supportive, and grounded in genuine relationships. With us, you have a partner who knows the industry, understands the challenges, and is invested in your long-term success.

“One of the things I value most about being part of Keystone Financial Management is the strong sense of community. In a landscape where the big broker-dealer world can feel impersonal and transactional, Keystone brings back the 'good old days'—where you know the team that has your back. You’re not just another number. You’re part of a network—a family—that shares best practices, supports your independence, and empowers you to run your business your way. From succession planning opportunities to advisor-first support, Keystone puts the needs of its advisors at the center—so we can keep our clients at the center of everything we do.”
